Percussive Edge provides one-to-one private drum tuition.

The Percussive Edge Drum studio is situated on the north side of Harrogate in North Yorkshire.

All aspects of performance are covered during drum lessons. Whether you wish to learn for fun, enhance your technique or gain Guildhall Trinity College of Music qualifications we are more than happy to assist. We boast a 100% pass rate. This can be viewed on the Shop page.  Drum Kit Method Books are also available from the Percussive Edge Shop.  Percussive Edge Books have been reviewed by (P.A.S) Percussive Arts Society U.S.A.  Percussive Edge student James Cassells became one of the 12 finalists in the www.mikedolbear.com 'Young Drummer of the Year' competition 2005.  James was also the Winner of The Harrogate Music Festival 2006.

Another of Percussive Edge students Rory Dyke won the 12 year and under prize at The Harrogate Music Festival 2006.  George Swyer won the Harrogate Music Festival Drum competition 1st Prize in the age 16 and Under, in the 2007 competition.   Jacob Fireman won the Harrogate Music Festival Drum competition 1st Prize in the age 16 and Under, in the 2008 competition.  Liam Hill won the Harrogate Music Festival Drum competition 1st Prize in the age 16 and Under, in this years 2009 competition. William Smith won the  year 7 and under prize at The Harrogate Music Festival 2009. Our students have performed along side Steve White, Gary Husband, Craig Blundell, Stuie Ellerton and Andrew Small.
